Twin Trak - 2A

Expanding on our commitment to compact, clipable and lightweight carry (EDC)… Screwpop® is proud to introduce Twin Trak™.

Twin Trak™ is the first ever keychain utility knife with “dual-chamber” blade channels that is built upon the idea of “less being more”.  Engineered for both right and left-handed users, its streamlined handle design is ideal for a myriad of gripping positions and cutting needs.  Plus, it functions as a back-up blade holder too!

Simply, lift the spring steel lever and advance either blade (with thumb) to the desired cutting depth (includes: two 4-notched blades).  And, let gravity do the work to effortlessly retract the utility knife blade back into the Twin Trak™ handle.

It’s that easy!

Built with function and carry in mind, Twin Trak™ is incredibly light-weight (0.7oz with blades) and is also surprisingly compact (0.2238″ x 0.8783″ x 3.124″).   The aero-space grade aluminum body is finished with Type II black anodization for maximum durability and a lifetime of use.

Twin Trak™ easily attaches to a keyring, carabiner clip or lanyard.  And, for those who often travel, simply ditch the blades to pass TSA!

Q&A:

Q – Does the Twin Trak fit standard blades?

A – Yes.  Twin Trak works with standard 2 and 4 notched utility knife blades from most manufacturers.

Q – How do I carry Twin Trak?

A – Twin Trak can be attached to a keyring, carabiner clip or attached to a lanyard for maximum carry.

Q – How do I deploy the blade with one-hand?

A –  Push the blade out with your thumb after the lever is lifted.

Q – How do I retract the utility knife blade?

A – Simply,  lift the blade stop lever and let gravity retract the blade back into the handle.

Q – Why is the body made of aluminum?

A – Aluminum was chosen for its light-weight property and durability in order to minimize excessive bulk, that otherwise would result from using other metals.

Q – Why is there knurling on the bottom of the handle?

A – The added knurling gives the Twin Trak body extra grip for your cutting needs.

Q – How does the blade stay secure in the track?

A – The lever works as a blade stop when deployed and the neodymium magnet retains the blade when in the stowed position.
